I had a lovely stay at this hotel, just a few minutes away from the south exit of Tachikawa station. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with French doors that opened to a small balcony, which was a nice touch. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable every morning. A unique feature was the Japanese thermal baths on the upper floor, which I highly recommend trying. However, I didn't find anything to complain about during my stay.
